LUBRICANTS AND COOLANTS:
STICK R 50: Synthetic coolant recommended for tool grinding and sharpening operations. Colour: PALE YELLOW Aspect: LIMPID FLUID Emulsion: TRANSPARENT.
WANG 997: Synthetic lubricant/coolant EP recommended for turning operations with CNC lathes, milling, cutting with circular saws and ring saw blades, and grinding operations. Colour: BROWN Aspect: LIMPID FLUID Emulsion: WHITE.
Please note that 1 kilogram of the above mentioned product is equal to ≥ 1.10 litres.

FILTER CLOTH ROLLS:

TESS 28: The non-woven cloth rolls are made of top-quality viscose filaments and weigh 28 g per m2 . They enable to filter lubricant/coolant impurities during grinding operations. The roll filter capacity is such as to hold particles up to 45 micron in size.
We can find a solution to higher filtration problems by providing filter cloth in heavier weight, e.g. to hold smaller impurities (< 45 micron).
 

High-speed steel blades with hardened teeth are recommended for cutting operations on all the types of metals, including the hardest ones.
The bimetallic blades are made of two welded materials: a very flexible steel silicon core and high-speed steel teeth HSS M2 – Co 8%. The minimum hardness of blade teeth is HRC 63.
They are recommended for cutting operations on structural steel and stainless steel. They are very flexible and highly resistant to torsion.

Available on stock cutters with tree or four helicoidal cutting edges, made of microgrit hard metal, normal/long range in different diameters and length.

CIRCULAR SAWS FOR METAL CUTTING:

The circular saws made of high-tensile, high-speed steel, wolfram-molybdenum (5% molybdenum), are recommended for cutting operations on 50 kg/mm2 - 80 kg/mm2 hard metals and alloys.
Saw range from Ø 175 mm to Ø 600 mm, thickness ranging from 1 mm to 5 mm, with special shapes of teeth made by high-tech CNC machines.
